Coaching is basically very easy, in Julia's practice coaching is focused on a
set structure that the individual can follow.
The individual will receive a work book to do
exercises in and also keep a record of progress.
The key here is to implement and actually 
want the changes this therapy can provide.
Coaching is more focused on the individual
wanting the changes and working on the
progress daily rather than being told how
or when things will happen. This therapy is 
highly beneficial for people who feel they
are in a rut, bored with life, tired of repeating
patterns…and who wish their lives to be different.
